Tilted bamboo boards are pressed from bamboo bars (bamboos), which have been treated through the stages of carbon steaming, drying, and dipped in glue to help fight termites and limit mold. In the slanted bamboo plank, the bamboo spokes are lined upright and pressed together to create a stable structure.
